The B/R Wrestling Staff Predictions for WWE Crown Jewel 2024 Match Card
0 of 7
Crown Jewel. WWE
WWE is back in Saudi Arabia this weekend for the annual Crown Jewel premium live event.
Other than WrestleMania and SummerSlam, WWE has gotten comfortable with a five-match formula for these events, but management has stacked the card for Saturday’s show with seven bouts.
Here is a look at the lineup as of Wednesday morning:
Gunther vs. Cody Rhodes (Men’s Crown Jewel Championship) Liv Morgan vs. Nia Jax (Women’s Crown Jewel Championship) LA Knight vs. Carmelo Hayes vs. Andrade (United States Championship) Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair vs. Piper Niven and Chelsea Green vs. Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson vs. Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane (Women’s Tag Team Championship) Bronson Reed vs. Seth Rollins (Unsanctioned match) Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens Roman Reigns and The Usos vs. Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa
As always, our panel of contributors is here to offer predictions.

Nia Jax vs. Liv Morgan
Who would you rather see win this match and why?
Jax has been on the run of her career in 2024 with a win in the Queen of the Ring tournament and a WWE Women’s Championship victory at SummerSlam.
Her ongoing storyline with Tiffany Stratton is stronger than Morgan’s disjointed feud with Rhea Ripley and a win over the women’s world champion would only further legitimize her as a top star in the women’s division.
If Stratton somehow assists and that story gains more momentum, even better.
LA Knight vs. Andrade vs. Carmelo Hayes
If the title was going to change hands, would you rather see it go to Melo or Andrade?
Melo. He arrived on the main roster with considerable momentum after spending the previous year as the centerpiece of NXT. And while he has been a fixture of TV, he has lost more than he has won.
While I’m not a big proponent of the title making the Superstar, Hayes with gold would reaffirm his status as one of the best, most captivating young talents on the roster. Besides, there is a ready-made one-on-one feud with Knight waiting for him.

Roman Reigns and The Usos vs. The New Bloodline
What is the best way for this to end to move the storyline forward?
If WWE is indeed headed toward a Bloodline civil war inside WarGames at Survivor Series, Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline needs to win at Crown Jewel. He and Jacob Fatu just lost the tag team title match and have to bounce back.
If the heels don’t win at Crown Jewel, what’s the point of Reigns and The Usos finding a fourth member for WarGames?
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair vs. Piper Niven and Chelsea Green vs. Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson vs. Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane
Do you see the titles changing hands?
Belair and Cargill last lost the titles in a Triple Threat at Clash at the Castle, so it seems plausible it could happen again at Crown Jewel. After all, there isn’t much competition left if they beat all three teams at once.
Green and Niven feel like the likeliest team to take the titles considering Belair and Cargill haven’t beaten them with the belts on the line yet.

Seth Rollins vs. Bronson Reed
Lay out how you would book this match if you were Triple H
As fun as it has been to watch Reed in a high-profile position on the card, Rollins should walk out of Crown Jewel as the winner.
WWE Creative should book Reed to dominate the majority of the match, only for the cunning of Rollins to be the difference as he steals a victory via reversal.
Roman Reigns and The Usos vs. The New Bloodline
What would be the most satisfying outcome to this match?
The ultimate goal in the battle pitting Reigns and The Usos against Sikoa, Tonga and Loa should be to build toward an even bigger multi-person match at Survivor Series: WarGames.
As a result, letting the faces earn the win at Crown Jewel would build the foundation and heighten anticipation for the November 30 match.

Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens
Lay out how you would book this match if you were in charge
Owens needs to win big. He needs to win decisively. This should be a match where The Prizefighter slowly but surely breaks down Orton, focusing on his history of back issues.
KO should use the apron powerbomb and pop-up powerbomb as his primary weapons to pick up a clean victory and set up a Rhodes rematch.
Nia Jax vs. Liv Morgan
Which woman would gain more from winning this match?
Jax’s championship pedigree has been built on dominance. She needs this victory to solidify her as a champion and sell that she should be looked at as a champion worth watching.
Morgan will continue to get more attention for her antics and does not need the credibility boost.

LA Knight vs. Andrade vs. Carmelo Hayes
Do you think the title should change hands or should Knight retain?
I would love to see a title change. The midcard titles should hop around for a bit. It will build more intrigue because there are enough competitors who need the title rub and can bring their own flavor.
And if Knight isn’t pinned on Saturday, he can have a legitimate claim to a rematch.
The Megastar has been a solid champ, so if it doesn’t change at Crown Jewel, the title run won’t lose steam. I do think after the seven-game series between Melo and Andrade, one of them should receive the payoff of a United States Championship win
Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther
Offer an argument for why Gunther should win this match
To elevate the prestige of the World Heavyweight Championship.
While the newer world belt already has the reputation as the “workhorse title,” a win by Gunther over Rhodes would go a long way towards denouncing the secondary title allegations some fans place upon the WHC.
The Ring General is far from a secondary champion and his own reputation raises the standards by which we value the WHC.
While this is a glorified story-mode Elseworlds match, I think the World Heavyweight Championship needs this victory more than Gunther.

Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens
Lay out an argument for why Orton should win this match
The obvious outcome would be for Owens to win, but Orton has been playing second fiddle to a lot of other people in 2024.
A victory over KO at a PLE would give him a little more momentum, and it would allow The Prizefighter to sink further into his pit of self-induced anger.
An irate KO is always the most entertaining KO.
Seth Rollins vs. Bronson Reed
Who do you want to see win this match?
Reed lost the Last Monster Standing match against Braun Strowman, so he needs this win to solidify himself as the dangerous monster WWE wants him to be.
He is an amazing talent with a lot to offer, so if WWE really wants to commit to him, giving him a win over one of its biggest stars in Rollins would help accomplish that goal.
